Rugs2Go Return Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days after the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original, or similar 3mm, plastic packaging.

Starting a Return:
To process a return please email us at .hello@rugs2go.com and request a Return Authorization Number. Please include the Return Authorization Number in the package and ship it back to us to 2000 S. Dixie Hwy, Dalton GA 30720, United States.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We offer free shipping going out but not free returns.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected within the 30 days, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned rug and/or rug pad. Refunds will only be denied if the rug is not packed properly, suffers damage in transit and is returned to us in unsaleable conditions.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card company again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Then contact them. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@rugs2go.com

Clearance & One of a kind (if applicable):
All items on the clearance section and the 'one of a kind deal' section are final sales. Unfortunately, rugs in the clearance and 'one of a kind' sections cannot be returned for a refund. Items on Sale can be returned and exchanged if they meet the required conditions stated in the Refunds section above. 

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items at no cost if they are the wrong item, defective or damaged, if the item does not qualify for a free exchange you will be responsible for return postage. If you need to start an exchange send us an email at hello@rugs2go.com requesting a Return Authorization Number and the product you want to receive. Once you receive your Return Authorization Number you can send your item back to us at 2000 S. Dixie Hwy, Dalton GA 30720, United States. 

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate or gift card will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
